    Design for Buried Service Conditions:

    For buried service, the direct burial (fully buried) fully welded ball valve is equipped with an extended valve stem, maintenance extension pipes (including vent pipes on both sides, grease injection pipes for both seats, and a drain pipe at the valve body bottom), and a control valve. This positions the valve operating mechanism at ground level for easy access. The valve surface is protected with corrosion-resistant asphalt coating or epoxy resin coating, complemented by on-site pipeline bonding and cathodic protection measures, making it suitable for buried environments.

    Cylindrical Body Welding Configuration:

    The body is assembled by welding three sections via two symmetrical longitudinal weld seams, or two sections via one longitudinal weld seam.

    Installation Method

    The direct burial fully welded ball valve is manufactured by full welding. During installation, overheating of the valve chamber must be avoided. The distance from the welding end should not be too short to ensure that the heat generated during the welding process does not damage the sealing materials. The valve should be fully opened during the installation process.
