The ZSHV pneumatic V-type piston regulating ball valve (referred to as the regulating ball valve) is a rotary-type regulating ball valve, serving as the actuating unit in the pneumatic unit combination instrument system. It is typically used in combination with an electric or pneumatic valve positioner. The valve plug is equipped with a V-shaped notch, which generates a shearing force relative to the valve seat during rotation, preventing jamming. It is particularly suitable for regulating slurries, media containing fibers, and media with fine solid suspensions. Consequently, it is widely used for regulating medium flow in gas, steam, and liquid transportation pipelines in production sectors such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, light textile, papermaking, and wastewater treatment, to meet process control requirements.

The nominal pressure ratings for this product series are PN16 and PN64. The nominal diameter range is from 25mm to 300mm, with allowable leakage levels of Class IV and Class VI.
